Account Information

When you register, we collect:

  • Authentication provider details (e.g. Google Sign-In)

Usage Data

As you use Parlor, we store the content you create:

  • Tasks, folders, and their statuses
  • Focus session timestamps and durations
  • Brain folders and notes
  • Skills and operating procedures
  • Resource files you upload
  • Chat prompts, outputs, and completion status

Connected Calendar Data

If you connect Google Calendar or another supported calendar provider, we collect:

  • Your provider account identifier and email address
  • Calendar names, colors, time zones, and visibility preferences
  • Event titles, descriptions, locations, meeting links, status, and timing
  • OAuth access and refresh tokens, which are encrypted at rest

Automatically Collected Information

We automatically collect:

  • IP address and browser type
  • Device information
  • Usage and analytics data

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide and maintain the Service
  • Create and manage your account
  • Store and sync your tasks, sessions, notes, and files

6. Google API Data

Parlor requests read-only Google Calendar access to show and synchronize the calendars and events you choose to connect. Parlor does not use this permission to create, edit, or delete events in your Google Calendar.

We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising. We use and transfer information received from Google APIs only to provide and secure Parlor, in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy and its Limited Use requirements.

When you disconnect Google Calendar, Parlor revokes its Google authorization and deletes the associated connection, cached calendars, cached events, and stored OAuth tokens. Deleting your Parlor account also deletes this data.

7. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Service and fulfill the purposes in this policy. When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your data in accordance with applicable law.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access: Request a copy of your personal information
  • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information
  • Portability: Request your data in a portable format
  • Objection: Object to certain processing of your information

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with their information, please contact us and we will delete it.
